The conditions of Sale are also valid and in force without written confirmation.
Hans-J. Graessler (the auctioneer/seller) reserves the right to exclude certain persons from auction, to withdraw lots, to regroup or to split them.
Auction/Sale on chinaphilabonn.com is in EURO (€) currency and takes place on voluntary basis. All lots are sold on above mentioned auctioneer´s behalf. Payment is due upon presentation of invoice IN EURO ONLY. It can be made by bank transfer to a German bank account, by Paypal, Western Union or cash in EURO or foreign banknotes when pick-up or by registered/insured air mail. Please, ask for exchange rates.
The highest bidder at deadline - "buy now" items can be finished at every time by using the "buy now" button - will be purchaser of the lot. Once knocked down risk passes on to the buyer, property after full payment only. Successful lots will be mailed upon purchaser´s risk and we advise you to choose at least registered shipping.
There are no extra fees but postage and a small varying handling charge for safe packing. Combined shipping to reduce postage cost is possible.
For customers from inside the EU (European Union) the actual VAT rate of 19% will be added to buying price and postage.
In case of late payment the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bills and re-auction lots or ask for 2% interest rate per started month.
Descriptions of lots are worked out with greatest care and according to the best knowledge and conscience. No complaints are accepted on big or bulky lots, collections, accumulations a.s.o. Complaints for lots described to be faulty or faults easy to be discovered through the photo are also excluded. In case of a proved complaint lots have to be returned completely for examination and decision. In such a case buying price (plus eventually VAT) will be refunded within 14 days after return of item. There is no liability for any other refunds through the auctioneer. Deadline for complaints is 14 days after receipt of concerned item.
All bids are binding until auction´s deadline.
Claims against the auctioneer are void latest after six months since date of invoice.
Above mentioned conditions apply to all kinds of sales here incl. "Auction" and "Buy now". Regulations of German "Fernabsatzgesetz" do not apply.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bonn. Only German law applies.
Should any of above conditions should be void the others will not be affected.
